1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gamba platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service"). By accessing gamba.lat, registering, or using any game or service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

gamba operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. The platform is committed to providing safe and reliable services, and all operations are conducted under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements apply for registration and participation on the gamba platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must register using a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number or bank account.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit. Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of another person is prohibited.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or incorrect information is provided, gamba reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your login details (including your password) confidential is your own responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.3 Identity Verification

gamba reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the gamba platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service
• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after identity verification is complete.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. In certain circumstances, gamba may request additional documentation or verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gamba offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Your own deposited amount may be withdrawn at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, gamba reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• All bonuses must be used within a specified period, which will be stated in the offer details.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

gamba's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers based on their activity and engagement. gamba reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gamba platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Using bots, automation software, hacking tools, or any improper technical methods.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent of abusing bonuses.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

8 Technical Failures & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or failure in a game or service, gamba reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or transaction and refund the bet amount. Payment of erroneous winnings resulting from a faulty game or display is not obligatory.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, gamba will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable timeframe. gamba's decision will be considered final.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gamba platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of gamba or its licensees. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

gamba is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, loss of profits, or indirect damages. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we are always working to maintain the highest standards.

11 Responsible Gaming
